Beneth Frame is a native of Loreauville, LA. She graduated from University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She then headed to LSU Health Science Center in Shreveport, LA where she received her Master's degree in Physical Therapy in 2001. She became a Licensed Athletic Trainer in 2003. She started Pilates training in 2010, becoming a Certified Pilates Mat Instructor in 2011 then received her Comprehensive Pilates Certification in 2015. Through fixing her own issues with her core instability after pregnancy she is able to relate to her clients along their journey. Beneth is very passionate about educating people about their bodies and how to incorporate what they learn into their daily life. She uses classical pilates equipment to help people find their core muscles and gracefully balance their movement patterns.
As a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer, she also has an extensive background in the treatment of sports injury, orthopedic conditions, treatment of the spine, as well as rehabilitating the elderly. She brings lots of life and energy to her patients. She is always looking for a new challenge to tackle and enjoys teaching people of all fitness levels. In her PT setting, she approaches her patients with a pilates base which in turn transitions them into a Pilates lifestyle. She also uses a combination of Instrument assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Cupping and Theraputic Tibetan Bowl practices.
Beneth strives to offer her clients a beneficial and enjoyable experience every time they come in. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering as a soccer and volleyball coach.
